1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The product tag and authenticity card (if any) are intact.

You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Once the return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Note: Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

3. Return Process

Safely package the item and ship it to the address provided. -

After approval, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Timelines

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take extra care while packing your jewelry.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.
6. International Orders
For international customers:

7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
