Our founder, Sodaba Barnayar, is a refugee from Afghanistan who spent seven transformative years in India before arriving in the United States with nothing but hope, resilience, and a dream. Zyvara & Co. grew from that journey ~ from the courage to begin again, from the desire to uplift Afghan artistry, and from a deep commitment to creating opportunities for women who deserve to be seen, valued, and heard.
